Melphalan injection is one of the main drugs used as myeloablative therapy (preparative regimens) beforeBone-Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Stem Cell Transplant.

Indications:

• MELFALAX (melphalan) Tablets are indicated for the palliative treatment of multiple myeloma and for the palliation of non-resectable epithelial carcinoma of the ovary

• MELFALAX(melphalan) for Injection is indicated for the palliative treatment of patients with multiple myeloma for whom oral therapy is not appropriate
